Yet another revival post!
Sorry about the lack of updates. I'm now back on track. And I promise to make a less mediocre shoot for next update.

Macro Mondays - Make it Pop in 3D!
With all these 3D movies coming out lately, and the inevitable adoption of 3D TV in the near future in our homes, thought I'd go back to exploring stereography for a bit, and found it quite appropriate for the subject to be a popped corn!
As a reminder, stereoscopic image pairs are made to be seen in either parallel or cross-eyed manner. I find the cross-eyed versions to work better for me. To see the 3D picture, cross your eyes so that the left and right images merge and appear into a third one in the middle.
The image is quite large, so it's probably easier to do it with the thumbnail, unless you've got a big monitor.

Macro Mondays - Beans (2)
Not to be confused with a panty raid, obviously.
PS. let me know if the brightness of these pictures is adequate. I've been fiddling with the brightness and contrast settings of my new monitor and have no idea if what I'm seeing on my screen is what most people would see.

Macro Mondays - Candlelit
Probably my most painful macro session yet. My thumb was rubbed raw from firing up that lighter, especially during the last part.
As I don't want to make this post unnecessarily long (and try to keep my Macro Mondays to a standard of four shots), consider it a preview of the shoot. Therefore, I strongly suggest you go see the entire set here.
